Join us and volunteers in the meadow racking the ‘hay ‘. We conserve the meadow as Warwickshire Wildlife Trust have suggested, cutting the grasses and allowing the wildflower before racking. Good fun but heavy work and usually sunny and hot! Plenty of time to talk about the development of the meadow and conservation regime and other important things! Bring gloves, hat, good footwear as the ground is uneven and a spring tine rack and/or pitch fork if you have them. Not for the faint-hearted but we take our time and enjoy the day. It’s ok to just do half an hour. Please add to cart and checkout, so we know who's planning to come - no charge.
